Shaoxing Yaolong Spunbonded Nonwoven Technology Co., Ltd. imported the most advanced bicomponent spun-bond production lines from Nordson corporation in America and greatly improves the quality and level of nonwoven products. The sheath-core bicomponent spunbonded nonwoven fabric provides advanced overlay materials for feminine hygiene products and baby diapers instead of thermo-bonding staple nonwoven products.

Now we can produce SOFT-PE/PP, PE/PET bicomponent nonwoven fabric and Polyester nonwoven fabric with the fineness of 0.8 denier, in the weight of 10 to 150gsm and the width of 5 to 320cm. Customer satisfaction is our commitment for customers, and we have set up a complete quality assurance system. Our in-line optical surface inspection system from America can defect surface defects during nonwoven process, save the image database of occurred defects, and evaluate and classify the inspected defects bigger than 0.2 square meters.
